Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the IndieHost service (the "Service") operated by IndieHost ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

IndieHost is a service designed to allow users to self-host their projects on their own Virtual Private Server (VPS) with one click. It enables users to deploy projects, save time and money, and maintain ownership of their data.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service, including the management and security of your VPS and any projects you deploy. You should ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to deploy and host your projects.

4. Account Registration

You need to create an account to use our services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and the VPS associated with it. Use a strong password and limit its use to this account.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IndieHost and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. Content and Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your projects and data hosted through our Service. IndieHost does not claim ownership over your deployed projects or data stored on your VPS.

8. Service Limitations

IndieHost provides a platform for self-hosting, but we do not guarantee the performance, uptime, or security of your individual VPS or projects. Users are responsible for maintaining and securing their own VPS and deployed projects.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IndieHost, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
